As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Shari is responsible for all aspects of the HR support and planning function across each of the Integra Imaging companies. She, and her highly skilled team of HR professionals, also provide support services for outside organizations and practice groups. Shari has special expertise, and credentialing, in the areas of employee compensation and benefits planning. She has been pivotal in deploying an employee wellness initiative and standardizing numerous HR systems and management policies.
